Return preparation guide
Place the items (or item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
Include a copy of the sales document exclusively inside the packaging.
You can choose between two options to return your items:
Organised return service
- We will take care of the return of the goods and will send you the prepaid shipping label by email.
A contribution fee will be requested for this service, which will be clearly indicated during the return process.
Self-managed return
You can arrange the return shipment yourself with a courier of your choice (we suggest opting for insured and trackable shipping). In this case, shipping costs, including any customs duties, are at your expense.
