Delivery times depend on the destination address entered at the time of purchase.
The courier usually takes:
- 3-5 working days from the dispatch of the order for delivery within Italy.
- 6-7 working days from dispatch for delivery within Europe.
- 8-9 working days from dispatch for delivery to destinations outside the EU.
The delivery dates provided by the courier are to be considered indicative and are based on standard transit times, therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
Any delays due to missing or incorrect shipping data, remote destinations, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times.
How to track your shipment
You will always be updated on the status of your shipment thanks to the tracking (the shipment number) associated with your order.
You can therefore check at any time where your shipment is.

When the package has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to click on and follow the delivery, which typically takes place between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Black Friday, Christmas and Sales
During periods of high sales volume (such as sales, Black Friday or the Christmas holidays), delivery times may be extended by up to 10 additional working days compared to the usual transit times.
